specialty refrigerated & frozen gourmet food to the hospitality and
retail industry. Bertrand Oriot's culinary background helps him identify
the need of product to complement chefs and customers in their special
occasion events. His criteria on the product selection is based upon 3

Today Bertrand's Inc. retains a highly professional staff with one
common goal, customer satisfaction. The company has conquered the
Texas market by positioning 3 warehouses (Dallas/Fort Worth, San
Antonio/Austin and Houston). Our objective is to complement the industry
in a segment market and help assist the large broad liners company
distribution. Our role is basic, Quality, Service and Integrity. We are
fortunate to be approved with the leaders of the Hospitality
Organizations (Avendra, Sodexho, Starwood, Hilton Corporate, Aramark..)
Our new retail division is now providing service to Central Market,
Whole Foods, United Market Street & Spec's Warehouse. Our ultimate goal
is to become a business partner with our customer and not just another
vendor.
